In My Cupboard

A friend recently asked me what I keep "on hand", so I put together this list of my go-to ingredients.  I try not to be out of them, and am convinced that you can do most anything if you've got the right stuff at your fingertips!

Pantry:
Sugar
Flour
Wheat flour
Powdered Sugar
Brown sugar
Corn meal
Shortening, Crisco All-Vegetable (never generic)
Cornstarch
Karo Syrup
Canola oil
Vanilla
Cake mixes
Peanut butter
Spices (assorted)
Cream of chicken soup
Tomato Sauce
Spaghetti sauce
Spaghetti noodles
A couple other kinds of pasta
Petite Diced tomatoes
Crushed tomatoes
Green chiles
Canned pineapple
Canned corn
Canned green beans
White rice (Calrose brand sticky rice)
Brown rice (short grain)
Assorted gelatin and puddings
Oatmeal
Chocolate chips
Shredded, sweetened coconut

Freezer:
Chicken breasts, frozen individually
Ground beef, divided into small portions and frozen
Frozen vegetables
Uncooked tortillas (LOTS of them)

Fridge:
Parmesan cheese (powdered AND grated)
Minced garlic
Italian dressing
Barbeque sauce
Cheese, shredded and block
Soy Sauce
Salsa
Green salsa
Butter, salted
Sour cream
Yogurt
Fresh fruits and veggies
Eggs
Milk
